    Dr. Al- Kharafi is an exemplary leader in the Kuwaiti community. His life journey and career spans decades of leadership positions in the education field, community development projects, and charity initiatives. He is the Chairman and member of many committees, projects and funds. He is also the Chairman of the Educational Subcommittee in the Supreme Consultation Committee for Completion of Implementation of the Provisions of Islamic Sharia. Dr. Al-Kharafi has authored more than twenty-five books and many scientific research papers.

    Dr. Al-Ajmi as a distinguished Educator specialized in education for the gifted and Talented, with long experience in special needs and educational difficulties. He is an author of five books in his fields with more than twenty published researches. Dr Al-Ajmi was the chair or member of educational committees in the Ministry of Education and Basic Education Faculty in the Public Authority for Applied Education including: Interviewing, Cultural, Program and Curriculum, and Scholarship committees.

    Mrs. Al-Muhanna has extensive experience in managing schools. She led three schools in the past two decades and was the driving force behind the continuous development of those schools with emphasis on curriculum, daily lesson plans. educational methods, and the integration of extracurricular activities into the learning process.

    Mrs. Al-Muhanna is a believer in the broader role of the school in the community and has orchestrated the cooperation of various stakeholders in achieving managed schools objectives.


Lead by Dr. Abdul Mohsen A. Al-Kharafi, the board of trustees at MABS is one that is compiled of a group of highly qualified and experienced individuals who are well-known in the local society including Dr. Mohammed Saud Al-Ajmi and Mrs. Alyaa Saad Muneer Al-Muhanna.

The Boards roles include:

  • Development of the educational goals and objectives
  • Preparation and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan and annually reviewing, amending, or continuing such a plan
  • Planning and monitoring of school buildings and facilities
  • Development of activities or programs that generate greater cooperation between the community and the school
  • Preparation of the accreditation report
  • Reviewing the budget to be sure it is aligned with the School Improvement Plan
  • Recommendations of the development of various support services in the school
